Fixing a chip or scratch on your INEOS Grenadier couldn’t be easier with our Chipex™ repair kits. We’ve created three kits to deal with everything from minor stone chips to road rash. Just follow the three-step application method for effortless touch ups.

The compact Chipex™ Lite kit contains enough INEOS touch up paint, blending lotion, and accessories to deal with 12 imperfections. Our medium Chipex™ Plus is ideal for larger areas of damage, and covers 24 imperfections. For chips and scratches that require multiple layers of paint, our Chipex™ Pro kit has the largest quantity of paint and blending lotion, plus extra accessories. With a longer shelf life, you’ll always be ready to make a quick repair to restore your INEOS’ rugged good looks.

A flawless repair depends on an exact colour match. Your unique INEOS colour code tells us the exact custom mix for seamless results. Without it, your paint won’t have the required shade or finish. On all INEOS models, the paint sticker is located inside the driver’s side door post. Look for a 3-digit code.

If you can’t find a sticker, you can try finding your INEOS paint code in your logbook. Alternatively, take a look at our easy-to-navigate drop-down list to find your INEOS model and colour code.

Generally speaking, minor chips and scrapes won’t require a primer. But if the damage penetrates to the metal substrate, using primer can help create a long-lasting, robust repair.

First and foremost, primer helps your paint bond to the metal, protecting against rust and corrosion. It also creates a smooth, even surface for your INEOS touch up paint, so the final repair is flawless, with no dips or unevenness.

We include everything in our kits so that even a newbie can get effortless results. Because we get an exact colour match for your INEOS touch up paint, you’ll get a quality repair every single time, with a uniform finish across your paintwork.

Always read the instructions and use the protective gloves provided with your kit. Work in a well-ventilated space and use protective eyewear if necessary.

Start small — always start with a minor, inconspicuous repair first, so you get used to our three-step method.

Don’t rush your repairs, particularly if you need to layer up the paint. You’ll need to wait up to 5 minutes drying time after each application.

Mix the paint well before every use to verify the colour match. If you’re not satisfied, and you provided us with the correct INEOS paint code, we’ll prepare another batch to check for mixing errors, or give you a full refund.

Please note: Chipex™ UK touch up paint is not suitable for use if your INEOS has been recently resprayed. Wait at least one month for the new paint to cure before making any repairs.

Our all-in-one formula contains both the base pigment and a patented lacquer. This replaces the need for a separate clear coat and streamlines the paint application process. What’s more, it forms a protective shield that prevents rust and corrosion so your INEOS paint will look great for several years.

Our paints are so easy to use that it’s even easier to fix a mistake. If you do find a smear or smudge, don’t panic — work quickly before the paint dries. Simply apply the blending solution using the paint removal cloth, and blend away your mistake for a flawless finish.
